Job Tiers

To encourage individual growth, betterment, and involvement, job will be organized into a 3 tiered system.
As the tier increases so does the task's complexity and reward for a successfully completed task.
An individual will only be able to accept a task in the next tier after they complete the required number of tasks from a previous tier.

Personnel Structure

Faction Members will be assigned to a Task Force and each Task Force will be assigned a Commander.
Most internal tasks will require a two person team assigned from the same task force.
